It is made of stainless steel. The water tight cap provides additional protection from moisture and dirt. Hitch Locking Pin fits all 2", 2.5", and 3" receivers. The pin portion is 3-1/2" long, with a diameter of 5/8".
However, if your 3" receiver uses thicker material that surpasses 3-1/2", this hitch pin will not fit.
