2" x 12' Black E-track car tie down kit. Kit is designed with 3 rubber blocks that fit into the rain tread grooves of the tire for a secure fit. Features a 12' long strap with a wide handled ratchet with flat hook ends on both sides. Flat hooks lock into the E-track rings (included) front and rear. Comes with E-track roller idler to transition over the tire and redirect the strap for a more universal fit. Straps are 2" wide and rated for 6000 LBS break strength. Strap are designed with black 10,000 LBS polyester webbing.
